Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your ring arrives.

Ordering & The Ring Builder

What's the difference between Ready to Ship, Customise Your Ring, and Bespoke & Custom?

Ready to Ship rings are in stock and ready to send straight away. Customise Your Ring lets you choose your own diamond and setting online, built to order. Bespoke & Custom is for a completely one-of-a-kind design — book a free consultation and we'll design it with you from scratch.

How long does a custom or built ring take?

Bespoke & Custom rings typically take 10 days to 2 weeks. Rings built through Customise Your Ring usually take 3 to 4 weeks, depending on setting and diamond availability.

Can I see the ring before it's made?

Yes — during your consultation we'll talk through diamond choice, metal, and setting, and can share renders or images before you commit.

Diamonds & Certification

Are your diamonds real?

Yes. We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds — lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically and optically identical to natural diamonds, just grown in a controlled environment rather than mined.

Are your diamonds certified?

Yes, our diamonds come with independent certification (IGI), confirming carat, cut, colour and clarity.

What's the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?

Same diamond, different origin. Lab-grown diamonds typically offer more carat for your budget.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my ring size?

The easiest way is to visit us in store and we'll measure you for free. If you're not local, most jewellers will happily measure your finger or an existing ring for you.

What if it doesn't fit when it arrives?

We offer resizing on all rings, usually completed within 1–2 days, done on site by our jeweller, Stuart.

Shipping & International Orders

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes — we ship worldwide, including to the US, Canada and UAE, via Royal Mail with tracked and insured delivery.

Will I have to pay customs or import duty?

All orders are shipped from the UK, so if you're outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs or import duties charged by your own country. These are set by local customs authorities and are the buyer's responsibility — we'd recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering.

How long does international delivery take?

For rings built through Customise Your Ring, please allow around 5–6 weeks in total — this covers 3–4 weeks to prepare your piece, plus roughly 2 weeks for delivery to your location. Ready to Ship and Bespoke & Custom orders may arrive sooner, depending on the piece.

Can I book a consultation if I'm not local?

Yes — free consultations are available by phone or video call, wherever you are.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your returns policy?

We accept returns on most items, as they can go back into our stock. The exception is engraved rings, which can't be returned once personalised. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Can I return a bespoke or made-to-order ring?

Yes — the only exception is engraved rings, which can't be accepted back once personalised.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes — Klarna is available at checkout, letting you spread the cost of your purchase.

Care & Warranty

How do I care for my ring?

Keep your ring looking its best by taking it off before swimming, showering, cleaning, or applying perfume, lotion or hairspray — chemicals and everyday products can dull the metal and diamonds over time. Store it separately from other jewellery to avoid scratches, and give it a gentle clean every few weeks with warm water, a mild soap and a soft brush. For a deeper clean or a polish, pop in and we'll take care of it for you.

Is my ring covered by a warranty?

Yes — every ring comes with a lifetime warranty covering defects in the setting. It doesn't cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.

Do you offer insurance valuations?

Yes — we provide professional valuation certificates for insurance purposes for £70.
