All engagement rings and diamond set pieces are made to order.

Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production unless otherwise stated. In some cases, bespoke or custom orders may take longer. You will be notified if there are any delays.

Pre-loved and in-stock items are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.

UK Shipping

We offer secure, fully insured delivery within the United Kingdom.

All high-value items are shipped via a tracked and insured courier service. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Delivery times once dispatched are typically 1–2 working days.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping upon request. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Insurance & Liability

All items are insured while in transit. Responsibility for the item transfers to the customer upon successful delivery and signature confirmation.

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
