Shipping policy

Ready to Ship — Ready to Ship pieces are in stock in our Lytham store. Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 4pm are dispatched on the next working day.

Made to Order — All other jewellery is made to order, including engagement rings built in our Ring Studio, wedding bands, earrings and bracelets. Made to Order pieces are dispatched within 2–3 weeks and delivered within 4 weeks of ordering. We will let you know if there are any delays. Each product page shows whether an item is Ready to Ship or Made to Order.

Bespoke & Custom — Timings for bespoke designs depend on the piece and are agreed with you during your consultation.

UK Delivery — All orders are fully insured and tracked, and a signature is required on delivery. You can also collect your order from our store at 83b Clifton Street, Lytham St Annes, FY8 5ER.

International Delivery — We ship worldwide with tracked and insured delivery. International delivery takes up to around 2 weeks after dispatch, so please allow around 4–5 weeks in total for Made to Order pieces. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees.

Insurance & Liability — All items are insured while in transit. Responsibility transfers to the customer upon successful delivery and signature confirmation. If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Delays — While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
