Refund policy

Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

All engagement rings and diamond set jewellery are made to order.

Under UK consumer law, bespoke or customised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty.

This includes:

  • Rings made to a specific size
  • Diamond set pieces
  • Custom or bespoke designs
  • Special order diamonds

As these items are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.

Pre-Loved & Ready-to-Ship Items

For pre-loved or ready-to-ship items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition
  • The item is returned in original packaging
  • The item has not been resized or altered

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend insured and tracked shipping for all returns.

Resizing

We understand that ring sizing can sometimes be tricky.

We offer resizing services where possible. Resizing fees may apply depending on the design and metal type. Some styles may not be suitable for resizing.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, please contact us immediately.

We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.

After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.
