We specialise in engagement rings, lab grown and natural diamonds, bespoke jewellery, and pre-loved pieces.

Many of our items are made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production times apply and that certain items are non-refundable as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Diamond Supply & Availability

Some diamonds are sourced through trusted third-party suppliers.

All diamonds are subject to availability at the time of order. In rare cases where a selected diamond becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to offer a suitable alternative or provide a full refund.

Pricing & Errors

We make every effort to ensure all pricing is accurate.

However, in the event of a pricing error, typographical mistake, or supplier price change, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order prior to dispatch. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

Diamond pricing may fluctuate due to market conditions.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance. Orders are confirmed once production has begun or dispatch has occurred.

Ring Sizing

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct ring size at time of purchase.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer. Resizing services may be offered at an additional cost where possible.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, text and branding, is the property of Lytham Jewellery Company and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lytham Jewellery Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
