Every product page shows whether that piece is Ready to Ship or Made to Order, so you'll always know what to expect before you buy.

Ready to Ship

Ready to Ship pieces are already in our Lytham store. Order before 4pm and we'll dispatch your piece the same day for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 4pm go out on the next working day.

If you've chosen a ring size, we'll make sure it's adjusted for you before it's sent.

Made to Order

Made to Order pieces are made especially for you. We'll dispatch your piece within 2–3 weeks, so it's with you within 4 weeks of ordering. This includes:

Engagement rings designed in our Ring Studio
Wedding bands
Earrings
Bracelets and other fine jewellery

Many pieces are ready sooner. Every piece is checked over in store before it's sent, and we'll keep you updated along the way.

Bespoke & Custom

For a completely one-of-a-kind design, timings depend on the piece. We'll agree them with you during your free consultation, before anything is made.

Safe, Insured Delivery

Every order is fully insured and tracked
A signature is required on delivery
Your piece arrives beautifully packaged, ready to give

If your parcel arrives damaged or looks tampered with, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery.

Collect in Store

Prefer to pick it up? Choose Collect in Store at checkout and we'll let you know as soon as it's ready at 83b Clifton Street, Lytham St Annes.

International Orders

We ship worldwide, including to the US, Canada and the UAE, with tracked and insured delivery. International delivery takes up to around 2 weeks after dispatch, depending on where you are — so allow around 4–5 weeks in total for Made to Order pieces.

Orders are sent from the UK, so customs or import duties may apply in your country. These are set by your local customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility.
